Mireva is a wardrobe and personal styling application developed by PlutoLab.in. This privacy policy explains what Mireva collects, why it is needed, how images and AI features work, and the controls available to you.
Account information: Email address, account identifiers, name and onboarding preferences for authentication and your profile.
Wardrobe content: Garment photos, categories, colours, patterns, fabrics, seasons, occasions, favorites and outfit records you save.
Optional body photos: Front, side and back photos only when you choose to use profile analysis or try-on. They are stored privately under your account.
Usage and diagnostics: Requests, feature state, error details, approximate timestamps and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
Camera: Capture garments, body references and Live Try-On frames when you start those features.
Photos: Choose images from your device through the system picker.
Microphone: Optional on-device speech recognition for English or Hindi voice turns in the assistant.
Approximate location: Optional weather-aware suggestions; Mireva requests coarse area, not precise location.
Notifications: Optional reminders and service updates.
We use your information to:
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your wardrobe or body photos for advertising personalization.
When you request analysis or a recommendation, Mireva sends the minimum relevant content to its protected backend. Depending on the feature, this may include a garment image, your selected wardrobe records, optional profile preferences, a body reference, a try-on photo, or the text you submit to the assistant.
Our boundaries: Body photos are optional and private. Mireva does not provide medical, health, weight, body-fat, age, ethnicity, or attractiveness judgments. AI results are fashion guidance, not professional advice.
Mireva may show rewarded ads to eligible free-tier users. A completed rewarded ad can provide a limited Mireva credit when the server verifies the event. Premium users are not intended to receive rewarded-credit prompts.
Mireva uses carefully scoped service providers to operate the product:
Providers receive only what is needed for the requested operation and must protect it under their own terms, contracts and policies.
Mireva uses Cognito-authenticated API routes, per-user ownership checks, private storage, short-lived signed URLs, encrypted service connections and server-side access controls. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection, so keep your password private and tell us about suspected abuse.
Mireva is intended for users aged 18 and older. Mireva is not directed to children under 18 and they should not create an account or upload images. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children or knowingly use children's data for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising.
You can request deletion directly inside Mireva: open Profile, choose Delete Account, review the warning and confirm. You can also email support@plutolab.in from the address connected to your account.
After verification, account deletion erases your Mireva database records, private wardrobe and profile media, temporary AI media and authentication account. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may be retained only when required, then deleted or anonymized when that requirement ends.
Important: Deleting the Android app from your phone does not delete your Mireva account. Use the in-app deletion control or the public deletion request process.
We may update this policy when the app, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date will change with material updates. Continued use after an update means you have reviewed the revised policy.
